1. General Provisions and Minimization

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - "Policy") defines how data is handled on the norecoil.ivsofte.biz website (hereinafter - "Website"), owned by NovaMacro (hereinafter - "Operator").

This Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended effective July 1, 2025) and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.

The Website is built on a data-minimization principle: the Operator strives not to collect or store Users' personal data. By using the Website, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy; if they do not agree, they must stop using the Website.

2. Collection of Personal Data

2.1. The NovaMacro website does not collect personal data of users directly: there is no registration, no user accounts, and no data-collection forms.

2.2. When ordering services, payment and checkout take place on an external payment system (Digiseller and others); the email the buyer provides and the order data are processed and stored by that system as an independent operator under its own policy. The Operator keeps no order database of its own.

2.3. Technical web-server data (IP address, user-agent, date/time of request, referer) may be transiently recorded in service logs for security — in an anonymized manner, without aggregation into a personal-data database.

3. Data Localization (152-FZ)

3.1. The Operator does not collect, accumulate, or store Users' personal data in databases of its own (personal-data information systems). Therefore the requirement to store databases of Russian citizens within the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ, in force since July 1, 2025) creates no localization obligation for this Website — no such database exists, whether inside or outside Russia.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

4.1. Personal data of users is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.

4.2. Data collected by the payment system is processed in accordance with its own privacy policy. Disclosure is possible only upon a lawful request from authorized state authorities.

5. Cookies and Analytics

5.1. The Website uses technical cookies for correct operation. Yandex.Metrica collects anonymized traffic statistics; its operator is Yandex LLC, which stores the data on servers located within the Russian Federation, and no personal data is collected. The live chat (Jivo) is used to contact support. Cookies can be restricted in the browser settings.

6. Data Storage

6.1. Personal data of users is not stored on the Website servers.

6.2. Correspondence about an inquiry remains within the third-party service (email/messenger) and may be deleted by the User.

7. Data Security

7.1. The Operator takes necessary technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.

7.2. The Website uses a secure connection (HTTPS) to ensure data transmission security.

8. Rights of Personal Data Subjects

8.1. In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", a personal data subject has the right to:

  • receive information regarding the processing of their personal data;
  • demand clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or to the court to protect their rights.

8.2. Since the Website does not collect or store personal data directly, the Operator holds no database of such data. For questions related to data processing by the payment system, the User can contact its operator directly.

9. Changes to the Policy

9.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.

9.2. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website.

9.3. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes in the Policy.

11. Final Provisions
